Project Components: 

1. Install 3-Phase electricity to support a premium, climate-controlled 200-booth tent. Completed June 2026

2. Install underground rainwater retention chambers. Completed August 2026

3. Install drainage piping and grates. Completion: September 2026

4. Install irrigation and emplace native plants. Completion: September 2026

5. Grade and lay asphalt. Completion: October 2026

6. Install curb cut and pour curbs & sidewalks. Completion: November 2026
