1. Install 3-Phase electricity to support a premium, climate-controlled 200-booth tent. Completed June 2026
2. Install underground rainwater retention chambers. Completed August 2026
3. Install drainage piping and drainage basins. Completed early October 2026
4. Install concrete drainage channels to drainage basins. Completion: October 2026
5. Lay asphalt. Completion: November 2026
6. Install irrigation and emplace native plants. Completion: November 2026
7. Install curb cut and pour curbs & sidewalks. Completion: December 2026

The “pit” was dug and we begin placing the yellow water retention chambers. Rainwater will drain into these chambers.
